Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our corporate clients receive the highest value from our services.
You will work closely with our Tech, Product, and Sales teams to develop technical knowledge and commercial skills. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing client hedging programs and running Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure objectives are met
- Managing critical customer situations both internally and with clients
- Developing assigned accounts and increasing solution usage by identifying upsell opportunities
- Acting as the voice of the customer within Kantox, requesting feedback and ensuring it is addressed and actioned internally
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- More than 2 years of experience in serving corporate customers in roles such as Customer Success, Sales, or demanding Customer Service
- Educational background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Experience working in a treasury function and some exposure to ERP/TMS software would be a plus
- Strong communications skills, with native/bilingual level of Spanish and fluent English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively across teams
- Excellent client-facing skills, experienced in building relationships and managing stakeholders
- Great organizational skills with ability to work autonomously
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
