Customer Support Representative Opportunity in Barcelona

Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for a new challenge in the vibrant city of Barcelona? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience and maintain detailed records of calls.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, becoming an expert on what we offer.
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent in Dutch with strong English skills (B2 or higher).
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry or with electric vehicles.
  • Competency with IT platforms, MS Office, and basic internet configurations.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
