Customer Service Representative - Dutch

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Dutch, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Route customer calls to the appropriate department, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent time management, telephone etiquette, and customer focus skills.
  • IT literacy, with previous knowledge an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • A full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
  • A competitive salary of 20,555.97€ gross per year.
