Job Title: Dutch Customer Service Representative

At NordsAbroad, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients of a leading bank, handling inquiries, complaints, and questions related to online banking and phone apps.
  • Assist clients with queries about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud, adhering to specific procedures via phone and email.
  • Utilize multiple systems to find the best solutions for clients and accurately log all actions taken during client interactions.
  • Answer questions and explain the necessary next steps, requiring patience and empathy.
  • Participate in the Fraud/Phishing service during working hours, maintaining strict security procedures around sensitive data and providing accurate information.

Training and Development:

  • Complete a comprehensive two-week training program covering all aspects of the role.
  • Initial focus on the technical helpdesk, followed by a nurturing period and additional training for the Talk & Help Desk.
