Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer-centric organization, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients in Dutch, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent time management, telephone etiquette, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • IT literacy and previous knowledge of customer service software an advantage.
