Dutch Customer Service Representative

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as a Dutch Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Dutch, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.
- Route customer calls to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless communication.
- Meet agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Teleperformance's products and services.
Requirements:
- Native level of Dutch language proficiency.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent customer focus, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- IT literacy, with previous knowledge an advantage.
- Excellent time management and telephone etiquette skills.
- Highly professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
