Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Dutch, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Route customer calls to the appropriate department, utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of our products.
  • Meet agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and perform duties in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer focus, ability to work under pressure, and strong time management skills.
  • IT literacy and previous knowledge of our products is an advantage.
