Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our Airport IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing relationships with top-level executives in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, negotiate and sell Amadeus' Airport IT solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Participate in the preparation of long-term sales plans and forecasts.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through relationship-building and market analysis.
  • Develop and submit business proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10/12 years of experience in sales, business development, and account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and Airport IT market.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year
