Strategic Sales Director

Job Overview:
This exciting role will lead the development of NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics & Insights business in a specific market, driving profitable revenue growth, representing client voice and enhancing awareness of our broader portfolio.
As a leader, you will be responsible for driving account retention, growth, and acquisition, while managing an active sales pipeline and coaching the sales team to better results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profitable Revenue Growth: Own SA&I revenue and cost OP, driving long-term profitable growth
- Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with regional cluster leaders to develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Sales Team Management: Manage sales team pipeline, assist in closing deals through strategic intervention, and set quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Clients Relationship: Maintain and develop commercial relationships with clients within the region, monitor market trends, and establish senior-level key prospect/client relationships

- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team, managing people, and developing talent
- Transformation Expertise: Experience in driving organizational transformation and creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong ability to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations, resolving client issues, and providing expert advice
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of dependencies across areas, project management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
