Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets within the assigned territory.
- Leverage existing relationships with Spanish enterprises to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the broader KS sales organization and leadership to align sales efforts and maximize business potential.
- Engage with KS Technology Partners within the territory to foster synergies and expand the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Create and implement strategic account plans for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and developing tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities with prospects and technology partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create thoughtful and detailed strategic business plans for target accounts within the territory.
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions and solutions that address client needs, leveraging the full breadth of KS's portfolio.
- Position KS as a trusted advisor by offering advisory services, managed security solutions, and innovative offerings.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding €1 million sales quotas in complex IT solutions and services sales to C-level executives, including CISOs.
- Demonstrated expertise in territory and account planning, lead generation, and sales execution.
- A strong academic background with an advanced degree in Engineering or Business.
- Fluency in English.
- Spoken Portuguese.
- French conversation skills are a plus.
About the Role: As a strategic leader for Kudelski Security Iberia, and as a member of the Iberia management committee, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our market presence in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
