About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners, based in EMEA. As an HR Regional Partner, you will act as a consultant to more than 4,000 people managers, based across 20 different countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives.
  • Support performance improvement processes, both informal and formal.
  • Facilitate development sessions, focused on building manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Guide Leaders through the Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support Leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.

About the Team

Our HR Regional Partners have strong knowledge of their country's employment labour law, are skilled in consulting on Amazon policy and build trust by providing high judgement guidance on people related topics. They work as 'generalists' across multiple Corporate businesses, partnering with people leaders to provide quick, efficient, high-quality consultation and guidance.

What You'll Need

  • Strong knowledge of employment labour law in EMEA countries.
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a multinational company.
