About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Regional Partner to join our team in France. As an HR Regional Partner, you will act as a consultant to people managers, operating autonomously and delivering high-judgement advice to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage works councils and provide guidance on complex and sensitive employee issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Support performance improvement processes, both informal and formal, and guide leaders through the Talent Management and Annual Compensation planning processes.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Works Council representatives and provide support to managers who are based in France and/or managers whose teams are based in France.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Significant Human Resources experience.
  • Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of French Employment Law, including works council management.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written French and highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment, which is fast-paced and customer-driven.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make the best use of available resources.
  • Project management and the ability to deliver, with a proven track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, coaching and consulting skills.
