Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the HR team in the EMEA region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and values.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement HR processes and systems that support business growth and success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the business.
- Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Partner with the Global Head of HR to develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives.
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
- People management experience.
- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Good balance between leading and executing; in this role, you will need to be hands-on involved in the daily HR routines.
- Experience in working in a remote-first organization.
- Able to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge and practical implementation of HR practices and employment law across EMEA.
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, open-minded, enthusiastic, and energetic.
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
