About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners in the EMEA region. As an HR Regional Partner, you will act as a consultant to over 4,000 people managers across 20 countries, delivering high-judgment advice to enable an exceptional customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives.
  • Support performance improvement processes, including informal and formal processes.
  • Facilitate development sessions to build manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Guide Leaders through Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support Leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
  • Extensive Human Resources generalist work experience and dealing with labor relations cases in Spain.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Law and Spanish Employee Relations experience.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
