Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure timely and effective recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning: Organize annual leadership reviews and provide coaching to line managers on performance development.
- Generalist HR: Analyze metrics to identify best practices and drive business improvement.
About the Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with operations teams to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and manage change. You will have the opportunity to work on national HR projects and contribute to the development of our HR strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
- Sound experience in HR in an operations environment.
- Knowledge of Spanish Labor law, disciplinary management, and dismissal procedures.
- Advanced Excel and numerical skills.
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to travel 30-50% of working time.
