Job Title: HR Business Partner - Amazon Logistics

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Amazon Logistics team in Andalucia. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan at our delivery stations, working closely with operations teams to provide pragmatic, commercial, and employee-focused advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Support hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure timely and high-quality candidate selection.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans to drive employee engagement, provide support to line managers in employee relations and employment law, and ensure fair and consistent implementation of employment policies.
  • Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning: Organize the annual leadership review, provide coaching to line managers on performance development, and work with the site's learning and development team to support the site's succession plan.
  • Generalist HR: Provide an exceptional service to internal customers, analyze metrics to identify issues, and develop credible, commercial processes and projects.

Requirements:

  • Significant HR experience at Head of HR level, ideally in a multi-site, high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical capability, with experience in managing ambiguity and analyzing HR metrics.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels, including hourly paid and shop floor employees.
  • Proven hands-on attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others, with strong change management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to bring valuable insight into the team/business.
  • Experience in improvement of HR KPIs (absenteeism, attrition, payroll defects, compliance rate, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Spanish Labor law, disciplinary management, and dismissal procedures.
  • Advanced Excel and numerical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and evaluate and analyze data succinctly.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of working time.
