Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Support hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure timely and high-quality candidate selection.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans to drive employee engagement and provide support to line managers in employee relations and employment law.
- Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning: Organize the annual leadership review process, provide coaching to line managers, and work with the site's learning and development team to develop the next generation of leaders.
- Generalist HR: Provide an exceptional service to internal customers, analyze metrics, and identify best practices to drive business results.
- Significant HR experience at Head of HR level, ideally in a multi-site, high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical capability, with experience managing ambiguity and analyzing HR metrics.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels, including hourly paid and shop floor employees.
- Proven hands-on attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others, with strong change management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to bring valuable insight into the team/business.
- Experience leading complex change management and/or key HR project implementations.
