As an HR Regional Partner at Amazon, you will play a key role in supporting our people managers in the EU region. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering high-quality advice and guidance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage works councils and provide guidance on complex employee issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Support performance improvement processes, both informal and formal, and guide leaders through talent management and annual compensation planning.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Works Council representatives and provide support to employees on sensitive topics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with works councils is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of EU employment labor law and Amazon policy.
  • Ability to build trust and provide high-judgment guidance on people-related topics.
