Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Slovenian). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers and accommodation suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via email and phone to understand and address their needs with the highest level of service.
  • Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset.
Requirements
  • Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database).
  • Mindset: Solution-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience: Prior customer service or contact center experience is valued.
  • Location Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
