As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers in navigating our program, resolving issues, and answering queries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers in navigating our program and resolving issues
* Communicate effectively in German and English to cater to our diverse member base
* Ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and deliver clear, concise information
* Guide customers through enrollment processes and membership account management
* Resolve issues related to mileage credits, rewards, and program benefits
* Investigate and troubleshoot reported problems, providing timely and effective solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide feedback on common issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
* Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
* Permit to work in Spain (NIE)
