Job Summary

Careerxtra is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance customer support capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Slovenian and advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
  • Positive, motivated mindset to handle complex customer issues.
  • Goal-oriented work approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
