About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Log and follow up on correct and valid orders or requests
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction survey scores
  • Deliver high-caliber customer service on post-sales requisitions

Requirements:

  • Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced level of English
  • Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer-facing situations
  • Good team player with a drive for success

What We Offer:

  • 39 hours/week temporary contract: Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00
  • Salary 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 1,500 euros gross/year in bonus
  • Central location in Barcelona
