**Career Opportunities:** As a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will support clients' products and services, including WiFi, laptops, and wearables. You will also respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from end-users.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting
  • Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
  • Support clients across various industries, including tech, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need proficient German language skills, advanced English language skills, and familiarity with networks, Android Operating Systems, and online apps. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms.
