Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Create account plans to retain and grow ACV with existing accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell.
• Uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals through customer discovery, use cases, and value hypotheses.
• Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs, demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
• Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong technology sales experience (10-15 years) selling to cross-industry segments.
• Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market.
• Successful history of managing Enterprise Accounts across industries such as financial services, insurance, energy, or telecommunications.
• Background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role.
