About the Role:
As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Responsibilities:
• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
• Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account.

Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Strong technology sales experience (5 to 10 years preferably in Software or in Business Applications) selling to cross industry segments.
• Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market.
• Successful history of net new business sales.
• Background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
