Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Bnzsa. As a BDR, you will be responsible for calling English-speaking companies and speaking to IT managers to gather information and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling English-speaking companies to gather information and generate leads
  • Speaking to IT managers to discuss relevant IT-related topics
  • Setting up meetings between IT managers and our sales representatives

Requirements:

  • Native level of English
  • High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
  • Experience working in a phone-based role
  • Target-driven mentality and can-do attitude
  • Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)

What We Offer:

  • Permanent contract
  • Monthly salary
  • Uncapped commission system

Working Timetable:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
