About the JobThis key position focuses on fostering positive change among priority customers by optimizing the use of Mastercard network products. As a Director, Regional Network Customer Success, you will lead cross-functional teams in implementing strategic priorities, ensuring seamless integration of services and products for maximum value proposition realization.
Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and execute tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
- Growth: Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue expansion.
- Technical and Program Readiness: Oversee the development and delivery of regional customer success initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers, and support/delivery teams to achieve shared goals.
About YouWe seek an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer success management, network optimization, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
What We OfferIn return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and career development opportunities.
