Field Sales Executive
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating revenue and growth through new and existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large and medium-sized customers.
- Customer Focus: Develop and maintain a customer focus list with Area Sales Managers and Local Field Managers to prioritize and drive sales growth.
- Solution Identification: Identify solutions for customer needs, working closely with Subject Matter Experts if required.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads and convert assigned sales leads from marketing or other channels.
- Customer Engagement: Execute customer visits and industry event visits to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- New Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Customer Loyalty: Maintain and grow customer loyalty through regular interaction and visits.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Lost Customer Recovery: Recover lost customers through targeted sales efforts.
- Documentation: Document all activities in relevant TR IT tools.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Language Skills: Good knowledge of English (B2 Intermediate), fluency in area language, with additional languages welcome but not required.
- Technical Skills: User-level knowledge of MS Office.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or a related field.
- Consultative Sales: Pronounced technical comprehension in PV Power Plants area.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Selling and Negotiation Skills: Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Superb interpersonal skills, including time management and prioritization.
