About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager Enterprise to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for the enterprise segment, focusing on large-scale opportunities.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand the unique challenges and needs of enterprise clients, particularly in the areas of digital trust, VideoID, OCR, and fraud prevention. Tailor solutions to demonstrate the value of our digital signature platform and related technologies.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, with a particular focus on digital trust and fraud prevention technologies. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to influence product development and positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that client needs and feedback are communicated and addressed effectively.

Requirements

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Expertise in the MEDDICC sales methodology, with the ability to effectively qualify opportunities, identify decision-makers, and drive deals to closure.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach, particularly in the context of digital trust and fraud prevention.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
