Job Summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to sell its broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a similar field in the IT/Datacenter segment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Strong team player with prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or public/governmental customers
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the high-tech industry
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience, with a preferred background in sales of servers to enterprise clients
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
  • Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management, and entering, tracking, and reporting data on lead activity
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multi-tasking/time management skills
  • Proficient in English and additional language a huge plus
