Job Description

Signaturit Group is a leading company in the digital trust space, revolutionizing the way businesses operate through secure digital transactions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with expertise in electronic signature, VideoID, OCR, and fraud prevention technologies. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for the enterprise segment.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand the unique challenges and needs of enterprise clients, particularly in the areas of digital trust, VideoID, OCR, and fraud prevention.
  • Tailor solutions to demonstrate the value of our digital signature platform and related technologies.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, with a particular focus on digital trust and fraud prevention technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to influence product development and positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that client needs and feedback are communicated and addressed effectively.
Requirements
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Expertise in the MEDDICC sales methodology, with the ability to effectively qualify opportunities, identify decision-makers, and drive deals to closure.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach, particularly in the context of digital trust and fraud prevention.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
