At Swizzonic AG, a part of Team.blue, we are seeking an experienced Tech Support Agent for our second-level support team in the Swiss market. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in analyzing and resolving technical customer inquiries related to domain registration, web and mail hosting, and Microsoft 365. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and improving our services. Key Responsibilities:
• Receipt and analysis of technical customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Accurate recording of all relevant information in our ticket system
• Resolution of issues through thorough analysis and effective problem-solving skills
• Ticket creation for customers or direct resolution of problems over the phone
• Consulting customers on general and administrative inquiries
• Active participation in co-designing improvements to service functionalities and usability
We Offer: An attractive salary range between CHF 50,000 - CHF 65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic company with a successful team.
