About the RoleThis position is part of the Seller Support team, which acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Sellers or Vendors. Your main task will be to understand customer issues, conduct investigations of the stock, collaborate with various business and development teams across the company, and coach delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Understand customer issues and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Coach sellers on how to prevent repeat defects.
The CS Andon detection is owned by the Andon Cord Program Team (ACPT) in WW Customer Service organization. When customers contact Amazon Customer Service Associates (CSA), or when CX defects exceed certain thresholds, a CS Andon cord is pulled, resulting in a trouble ticket to be resolved by the organization in which the defect lies.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of approximately €42,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will have a commitment to driving excellence in Associate and Seller/Vendor/Customer experience. A strong record of customer focus and a keen interest in process improvement are key requirements for this role.
