About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at EGG Events. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and destination aspects of our pharmaceutical events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Needs and Objectives

Understand the client's needs and objectives, and develop a comprehensive plan to meet their requirements.

Logistics and Destination Management

Manage the complete offer in regards to all logistics and destination aspects, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation.

Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful event execution.

Budget Creation and Management

Create and manage budgets for events, ensuring that expenses are within allocated limits.

Supplier Management

Select and manage logistic service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality services.

Requirements
  1. Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in event and project management, with a focus on pharmaceutical events.

Knowledge

Excellent knowledge of events in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including their specific challenges and constraints.

Language

Fluency in both English and French.

Skills

Resourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent supplier knowledge and negotiating skills.
