Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sports Event Coordinator to join our team. As a Sports Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their sports interests and travel preferences, researching and coordinating travel arrangements for sporting events, and providing personalized recommendations and assistance to ensure a seamless and memorable sports travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their sports interests and travel preferences, including favorite teams, events, and destinations.
  2. Travel Arrangements: Research and coordinate travel arrangements for sporting events, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tickets.
  3. Personalized Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to ensure that clients have a seamless and memorable sports travel experience.
  4. Logistics Coordination: Communicate with clients and vendors to coordinate logistics, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during travel.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on upcoming sporting events, venue information, and travel trends to better serve clients and provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

  2. Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to effectively collaborate with clients and coordinate travel arrangements.
