Guest Services Associate
Overview
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the initial point of contact for visitors arriving at our establishment, delivering a warm reception and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. Your key duties will encompass assisting guests with their luggage, guiding them to their accommodations, and offering insights about the hotel's features and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival with a cheerful and hospitable attitude, aiding with luggage and providing support as necessary.
- When required, accompany guests to their rooms, sharing information about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
- Assist guests in arranging transportation as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment for guests.
- Provide support to guests with special requirements or requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with fellow hotel staff to guarantee smooth operations and effective service delivery.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to safeguard guests and their belongings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistently, representing the Hyatt brand with pride and integrity.
Qualifications
- What we value in you: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable nature. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and adapt to evolving priorities. Physical stamina and the capability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and other items as necessary. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
