Job Description

We're looking for a Guest Services Manager to lead our day-to-day Front Office operations and create a memorable, effortless Hox experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the running of our Front Office, leading and inspiring our receptionists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Leading your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated, and empowering them to provide top-notch experiences for our guests.
  • Contributing to our success as a business by managing overbooking levels, working with the team to ensure a full and happy house, and maintaining lobby and public area presence.
  • Acting as Manager on duty, ensuring everything runs smoothly and looking sharp, and working with the team to find solutions to any hiccups.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have a positive impact on the people they interact with, and are not precious about getting things done. If you're up for trying new things, have a sense of humour, and want to be part of a team that works hard and has fun, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone with hotel or leisure-related experience as a Duty Manager or similar role, who is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a good understanding of Opera cloud or similar front desk operating systems and GDS.
