Guest Services Associate

Overview

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the initial point of interaction for visitors arriving at our establishment, delivering a warm reception and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. Your key duties will encompass assisting guests with their luggage, guiding them to their accommodations, and offering insights about the amenities and services available at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival with a cheerful and hospitable attitude, aiding with luggage and providing necessary assistance.
  • When required, accompany guests to their rooms, sharing information about hotel features, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Help guests arrange transportation as needed.
  • Keep the lobby and entrance areas tidy and organized, ensuring a pleasant and inviting environment for all guests.
  • Provide support to guests with special requests or needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel personnel to guarantee smooth operations and effective service delivery.
  • Follow all safety and security measures to safeguard guests and their belongings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the Hyatt brand with pride and integrity.

Qualifications

  • What we appreciate about you: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Physical stamina and capability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and other items as necessary. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
