Front Office Guest Service Associate

As a Front Office Guest Service Associate at Accor Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your role will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay, promoting our hotel facilities and services.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to maintain a high level of service and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Service-focused personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.
