About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
