Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome and Check-in/Check-out: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Room Assignments and Key Management: Assign rooms to guests, manage key cards, and maintain accurate records.
- Guest Services: Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Revenue Management: Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
