Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at AC Hotel by Marriott Gava Mar. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
