We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Casa Ganesh as a Front Desk Associate. This is a part-time position, approximately 25-30 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests.
  3. Process reservations, handle tourist information, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  4. Prepare breakfast and assist with food shopping, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
  5. Handle invoicing and basic maintenance tasks, ensuring the property is well-maintained and secure.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is required.
  • High level of English and Spanish language proficiency is essential; French and other languages are a plus.

Work Environment:

This is a part-time position, with 5 shifts per week, including a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules.

Compensation: The salary for this position is approximately €1,000.00 - €1,100.00 per month, depending on experience.
