Join Our Team as a Front Office Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Office Trainee. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our front office team to deliver a high level of service to our guests. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, handling guest requests, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need to make their stay with us comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
  • Work closely with our front office team to deliver a high level of service to our guests.
  • Check guests in and out, handle guest requests, and ensure that our guests have everything they need to make their stay with us comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
