Job Description:
We are seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our Front Office team. As a Reception Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking-in guests, responding to requests, and settling accounts with exceptional service.
- Taking initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay.
- Promoting hotel facilities and enhancing the guest experience through up-selling.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A service-focused personality and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
