Job Title: Assistant Guest Services Manager

The Assistant Guest Services Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the Front Office department, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceeding expectations. This position reports to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for assisting in the management of the guest services department, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of the Front Office department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Deep knowledge of hotel management systems and advanced skills in office software.
  • Customer-oriented and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
