As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the initial point of interaction for visitors arriving at our establishment, delivering a warm reception and ensuring a remarkable arrival experience. Your key duties will encompass assisting guests with their luggage, guiding them to their accommodations, and offering insights into hotel facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon their arrival with a cheerful and hospitable attitude, assisting with their luggage and providing support as required. When necessary, accompany guests to their rooms, sharing information about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions. Help guests arrange transportation as needed. Keep the lobby and entrance areas tidy and organized, ensuring a pleasant and inviting environment for guests. Provide assistance to guests with special requirements or requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Work collaboratively with other hotel personnel to ensure seamless operations and effective service delivery. Follow all safety and security measures to safeguard guests and their belongings. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the Hyatt brand with pride and integrity.Qualifications

Physical stamina and the capability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and other items as necessary. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
