At SoftwareOne, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales and technology, to join our team as Digital Sales Associates for South EMEA Region.
The RoleAs a Digital Sales Associate, you will be the main point of contact for our SME clients in the Dach Region, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Your focus will be on driving sales, understanding software requirements, assisting with renewals, managing escalations, and maintaining coverage across all assigned accounts.
You will play a crucial role in building trust-based relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and spotting opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client, leading negotiations to secure contract renewals.
- Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions, identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve account management processes and sales strategies.
- Represent client interests within the organization, championing client success stories to drive referrals and testimonials.
A degree in commerce or related fields is a plus, but not required.
At least two years of sales experience, preferably in B2B.
Capable of learning IT topics and having good business acumen.
Enthusiastic about sales and committed to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
Ability to communicate clearly, take initiative, and persuade effectively.
A keen interest in technology products and services, and a strong desire to learn more about IT.
A growth mindset with a continuous desire to learn and improve, openness to feedback, team spirit, and innovative thinking.
Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English.
