Senior Manager, Developer Engagement, Europe

Role Purpose:
The Senior Developer Engagement Manager is a customer-focused account manager for European renewable energy project developers. The account manager will expand the base of credentialed and active Central-European developer customers and ensure full engagement on all of LevelTen's products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and manage key developer customer accounts. Identify, qualify, and onboard new European developers and asset owners. Demonstrate the value of LevelTen services to catalyze robust participation on Energy and Asset Marketplaces. Drive Energy Seller-initiated processes, including Energy Auctions. Spearhead new European business opportunities based on market research. Promote developer success by presenting transaction opportunities and managing ongoing developer follow-up. Support European PPA and M&A transactions, including notifying developers, providing updates, and developer report feedback. Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, white papers, and attending conferences.
Qualifications:
A degree from an accredited college/university and relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry (5+ years of experience). Experienced in European energy markets and PPAs. Energy development, advisory, and/or M&A experience. Understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, opportunities. Ability to travel. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. An interest and aptitude in building and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders. Initiative and self-motivation to work independently with limited supervision. A high level of integrity. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and other professional software. Professional fluency in English and German, other European languages a plus.
