About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Business Development Manager to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and profitability in the emerging Hydrogen segment.

Job Description

As a Hydrogen Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to achieve share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to coordinate activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. Your expertise will be showcased through input on market price developments and tendencies.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to establish and maintain a strong customer relationship, matching customer needs and ABB solutions. You will define and achieve sales targets for the account under your responsibility, executing sales processes in place to achieve targets.

You will identify customer needs and competitor position to ensure efficient marketing actions and bring value proposals to customers. Additionally, you will take care of customer requests for proposals, presenting ABB technical and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with expected profitability.

In this role, you will also lead the sales strategy implementation for developing drives business related to the emergent Hydrogen Segment in the Country.

Requirements
  • An Engineering Degree, preferably Electrical or Industrial.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or in Business Development, managing complex Accounts (End Users, Engineering, EPC) or Segments (Water, Hydrogen) in the B2B environment.
  • Depth knowledge about Industrial Equipment applications.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 needs and Digitalization would be an added value for the candidate.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company provides a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to contribute to sustainable solutions.
